OK so...
I have been doing a lot of new things lately. I stopped smoking, started riding my bike to work, started bringing my own lunch and started going to the gym. That's alot for anyone. But I do think that it is worth the effort.
What with all the exercisy type things that are included I feel like I have a lot more energy for doing things. It's kind of a crazy feeling when you are used to being tired all of the time. So, I have all sorts of energy and don't know what to do with it all.
